Jim Poitras has a long history of missions. He started out as an AIMer to Nigeria in the 1980’s, met and married his wife, Linda, there and became a career missionary in 1986. After serving for many years in Ghana, hosting many AIMers along the way, Jim was appointed to serve in his current position in 2011.

Pat has worked for Global missions for over 40 years, with thousands of AIM applications under her belt. She not only processes applications, but is also a great contact person for all AIMers to meet. She won’t be around to do your laundry, but if you need anything Global Missions related, if she doesn’t have the answer, she’ll help you find someone who does.
Angi Clarke

Angie has six years experience as an AIMer serving in three regions. She currently helps develop and update our three websites and coordinates the Next Steps program. Her role is that of a “Missions Mobilizer,” with a vision to make room in missions for all generations.
Ashton Loyd
Ashton LoydPromotion Specialist
Ashton, formerly a Short-Term Missions intern, has signed on as a full-time team member. Having experienced both an AYC trip and Next Steps assignment, she brings valuable insight and is a huge advocate for being a Global Christian, no matter where you are. She is our new resident Social Media specialist and is a key player in emerging program development and promotion.
Laura GohdesOffice Clerk
Laura Gohdes, who joined our team just before GCXW18, has been raising the bar in the area of hospitality and office support for the GATS program which services over 500 International Bible Schools. She is a quick study and has been instrumental in helping us produce standard operating procedures for several of our positions.
Rachel Zehm
Rachel ZehmExecutive Secretary
Rachel Zehm, a former Next Stepper, comes to our team from the great state of Arkansas. She served as an AIMer in various countries in Northern Europe for three years, is a general licensed minister and has years of experience and degrees that are a great asset to our team dynamic. We are excited to have her on board and are looking forward to the spice of life she brings our way.
Tia Reynolds
Tia ReynoldsGo! Center: Volunteer Coach
Tia, with nearly four years of experience in the world headquarters office, is the one you want to talk to if you have questions about opportunities around the world within our organization. She is a networker extraordinaire who skillfully uses her gifts to manage and expand the Go! Center. Her Next Steps and other missions experiences combined with her passion to help connect people to the harvest make her an effective “coach”.

Brandi Young
Brandi YoungIntern
Brandi is currently a senior at Urshan College where she is studying Organizational Leadership. After an AYC trip to Tanzania in 2012 God confirmed her calling to the continent of Africa and she has been pursuing it ever since. She participated in Next Steps in West Africa then went on to AIM in Malawi and Tanzania. She is Vice President of the Urshan College Missions Club. Her passion is to inform people of the needs and ministry opportunities and to inspire them to get involved.
