Poland is a country of 38 million souls and only one UPCI church. We need many hands to plant churches, do evangelism, pray with people in the streets, teach Bible studies, lead teams, create ministry programs of every kind, and so much more. Our vision is to train leaders and ministers to be sent out in teams to plant churches and create connections all across Poland.

AIMers who come will be working closely with other team members to start a church in one of the cities of Poland. We are looking for those who are willing to dig out a work in an area with no other apostolic influence, pray against hundreds of years of tradition and oppression, and work with others to create an effective team to reach lost souls. It is recommended that AIMers come for either 2-3 months or 1 year to avoid complications with Polish residency permits.

Anyone who comes will be met with many exciting opportunities to grow and learn where they fit in the Body of Christ. They will learn to operate as the apostles did in the first church and be sent out to reach for the lost, pray in the streets, and see God do the miraculous. The training they receive will help shape their ministry whether they remain in Poland long term or are called to another country. Our vision is to shape ministers and leaders who will change the world wherever God calls them.
