There is nothing better than full immersion into a culture to practice your language skills, but not everyone has the means and opportunity to go. However, thanks to many technological advancements, we are looking for virtual AIMers to assist our team in translation.

Do you speak multiple languages? Do you have a desire to assist missionaries and practice your written and spoken language skills? In Switzerland, there are four national languages and numerous immigrant languages. You can use your love for language to help our team with communication in various ways.

If you fluently speak French, German, Italian, Romansh, Arabic, or Spanish there are several needs in Switzerland. Opportunities may include but are not limited to, translating information for ministries and promotional materials, virtual Bible study translation, assistance in facilitating virtual Bible Quiz Tournaments, having conversations with the missions team to strengthen their language skills, and much more.

AIMers will participate in recurring, onsite, and virtual mission training sessions.

AIMers will rent an AirBnB apartment (exact city to be determined in conversation with the supervising missionary) and will travel by public transit.
